FreedomHOME - You will receive Ten Voice Mail
boxes with Ten Private PIN numbers. You can record a message in each box
of up to 30 seconds. For residential use, the FreedomHOME system can be
used for mom, dad, and the children, or for large houses with several students
using the same telephone number.
FreedomONE - provides customers with a Voice
Mail Box that will allow you to record a message up to two minutes long.
Additional mail boxes can be purchased for $5 each per month.
Both FreedomHOME and FreedomONE include Call Back
facilities.

Call Back
Both FreedomHOME and FreedomONE systems call
you at any one of up to eight other telephone numbers that you specify,
including cellular phones & pagers, to deliver each voice mail message
received. This allows you to respond immediately to your customers needs.
Talking Diary
The Talking Diary is a unique feature that allows
you to create to-do lists, anniversary or birthday reminders, years into
the future. Call in from your mobile while you are in your car so you don't
forget important meetings. A diary is provided with each voice mail box
that you buy.
800 Numbers
FREE! With both FreedomHOME and FreedomONE you
receive one free 800 number, billed at 7.5 cents per minute flat rate.
FreedomHome INCLUDES 100 minutes of usage and FreedomONE comes with
300 minutes of usage per month. Then it is only 6 cents per minute billed
in 6 second increments. They both include an 800 number billed at only
7.5 cents per minute.. Plus the option to purchase more 800 numbers
at our excellent rates should your business need it.
Most companies charge set up fees and monthly
service fees. 1-800 numbers are included with FreedomHOME and FreedomONE.
And you can choose your own number if you wish or have an existing one
pointed to your new service
Order Taking
Our scripted order taking facility allows your
customers to place orders when you are not in the office. You can leave
up to three outgoing messages asking for details such as name, address,
credit card number and expiration, product or service they are interested
in... As soon as the order has been placed the information will be posted
in to your voice mail box and you will be paged or called immediately to
notify you about the order.
Fax on Demand
As you provide customers with information about
your products and services in the Ultimate Sales Tool, you can ask them
if they would like to have more details or an Order Form faxed to them.
With Fax On Demand your customers are empowered to receive more information
about your company. Fax on Demand will save you time, copying and mailing
expenses.
Call Forwarding
Can transfer caller to any one of eight other
telephone numbers that you specify, including cellular phones & pagers.
If you are unavailable at forwarded number, system will offer option to
remain on hold until party is available, to try another extension, or transfer
to voice mail to leave a message. When the system finds you, it will notify
you that you have a call for "Sales" or "Support", etc, "Do you want to
accept this call?" If you do, you simply press any key and answer your
call appropriately.
Call Queueing
If no-one can take a call because your lines
are busy, FreedomOne will queue the calls, and your callers will hear a
message telling them their position in the queue, and giving them the option
to remaining queue or to leave a message. |
